Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), Pune has a state-of-the-art infrastructure with international standards and has all modern amenities. The campus of MIT Pune is spread over 17 acres with lush green surroundings. The classrooms of MIT Pune are equipped with audio and visual aids and have air-conditioners. The canteen of MIT is well-equipped and spacious which provides snacks, food, beverages, mineral water, etc and a monthly mess facility is also available for the students. The college organizes various medical checkups and campaigns, which are free of cost for all the students during every academic year. Furthermore, hostel accommodation is available on campus for both boys and girls, and they have security guards 24x7.  There are various facilities in hostels such as canteen, public phone, cold drinking water, hot water, and for entertainment purposes, TV sets are available in recreation halls. For the convenience of outstation students, the college’s hostel provides hostel kit which includes mattress, pillows, bedsheets, bucket, mug, and soap case.

 MIT has a central library with various departmental libraries, which contain more than 70000 technical books and also subscribes to 175 titles, 15 newspapers, and 10 magazines. MIT Pune campus is an e-campus with a total of 400 computers connected with fiber-optic backbone networks and server-client technology.

The MIT campus also has activities such as the NCC which helps a great deal in shaping up the overall personality of the young men & women, who would be the responsible citizens of tomorrow. The college has its own annual magazine namely, Sourabh which acts as a medium for the students of MIT to showcase their talent in the forms of writing, art, design or painting. Apart from this, there is a Drishti MIT film club which includes periodic screenings of off-beat films from national as well as internationally acclaimed directors, screening of short films produced by our students, film appreciation courses and meetings with film personalities.
